The free postage service we offer on our goods is for UK mainland only, additional charge to send to Jersey and Guernsey.
If the item you wish to return is supplied correctly, however you do not want this product, then it may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
However it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return postage cost using a service that requires a signature upon delivery and credit will be issued for the cost of the goods only.
A credit will not be issued for the postage & packaging fees originally applied when sending the goods to you.
If the items you wish to return are either faulty or are not the correct item, we will accept a return on this as long as it is within 30 days of purchase when you return.
Due to these circumstances not being your fault, we will take responsibility for the return cost and either send out a fully functioning replacement or issue a refund including the initial postage cost, whichever you prefer.
We ask all items to be returned including a note detailing why this product has been returned, your full name and whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. This speeds up the returns process as we can deal with the problem straight away, however not including a note will only hinder the returns process.
We ask you to be patient with us regarding returns and ask you not to leave negative feedback as we try to offer the best service that we possibly can to satisfy every customer.
Please Note: when returning an item due to a mistake made on our part, we will gladly cover the return cost for you to post it back to us. However, if we are expected to cover the return cost, we are only willing to cover Standard Delivery, if you decide to return via any other service, the remainder of the return cost will be your responsibility. In certain circumstances we will cover the return cost of other delivery services, however this must be agreed beforehand with us.
