Delivery
Our postage cost is for mainland UK only delivery surcharges which will involve an additional cost of delivery will be postcodes:- BT, Dublin 1-24, Eire, IM, PO, JE, GY, TD, DG, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, AB, FK, PH. Please ensure that you contact us by email prior to purchase for a quote of delivery.
Address change or order cancellation
Please note we will not be able to send to an alternative address once your order has been completed we will not be able to cancel or refund your order. If you order an item by mistake we will not be able to cancel and refund your purchase once your item has been paid for.
Returns policy
We will gladly accept returns if returned within 30 days and deemed fit to be resold as new (unused and in the original condition & packaging) All return costs are payable by the customer if the item has been supplied correctly and will in no way be subsidized by Old Skool Minis. A refund will then be issued upon arrival of the goods. For all faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will gladly cover the return cost but for standard delivery only we must receive a proof of postage receipt either by email or included in your parcel.
