Classic Mini Brake Master Cylinder Metal Body Original Type Original AP Lockheed type metal body master cylinder.
Fitted with a plastic cap the metal original alternative is available seperately as 17H5323.
Ensure the correct DOT4 or DOT5.1 brake fluid is used as these cylinders are not designed to use anything else such as Castrol SRF for racing or any silicone fluid. AP changed the cylinders from the golden colour to a glossy silver colour. 0.70″ bore size, these were remanufactured again from Oct 2003 after originally being replaced by the plastic reservoir type. Originally master and clutch were a drab silver/light grey colour.
