Classic Mini Bypass Hose Blanking Cap
Genuine rubber plug from Rover to fit on the water pump or cylinder head by pass hose tubes when deleting the hose. For the cylinder head you can fit a blanking plug but the water pump would need changing to GWP187 which has no outlet.
