Using new hardware makes any job more pleasant. If you’re servicing your cylinder head you should examine the rocker studs for signs of stretching or stripped threads. Two long and two short studs per head. These are the longer studs, but we also sell the shorter studs in our shop using part number 51K1473.

Sold singly, but two studs are required per car.
