Classic Mini Clear Front Indicator Complete Unit 1996> MPI

The outer Clear lens is the same as used on the conversion of the Amber type used on 1986-1996 cars but the body was different on twin point injection cars and used a safety plug. The Clear lens if broken is moulded in the body but can be cleaned out completely and a new lens stuck in. 

Often when the indicator bulb stops flashing owners suspect it is the bulb, only to find that the contacts in the base of the lamp have broken or squashed/pushed down too far. Corrosion does get the better of these lamps and pulling up the contact blades can often result in breakage so these lamps and budgeted cheaper so you can replace the whole lot.  

Stock will either be Wipac or Perei, but both are made to OE spec and will be ‘E’ marked on the lens.
